A two-day, hands-on introduction to steam bending, kerf bending, bent lamination and coopering.

We will work with each method and develop a practical understanding of when to use it, how timber responds, and how to choose an approach for a particular form. No prior bending experience is required. Some woodworking experience is helpful but not essential.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the workshop, we will refund your workshop fee less an A$50 administration fee. Cancellations made 2–4 weeks before the workshop receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the workshop are non-refundable, although a transfer to another workshop may be offered where possible.

If Moonlite Studios cancels or reschedules the workshop, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date. This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
