Moonlite Studios is a furniture making and creative practice in Mount Egerton, Victoria — between Melbourne and Ballarat, close to Daylesford, on Wadawurrung Country.

We offer furniture making courses, workshops and mentoring in small groups, within a working studio environment.

Courses run throughout the year, with workshops scheduled seasonally in response to the rhythms and conditions of the place.

Mentoring

The studio is in Mount Egerton, Victoria, between Ballarat and Melbourne, and Daylesford and Geelong. Close enough to reach easily, far enough to work without distraction.

Participants travel from across Melbourne and regional Victoria, as well as from interstate and occasionally overseas to attend courses and mentoring.

The Studio

Making here is grounded in material, place, and attentive practice. The studio is a space for developing skill through making, and for exploring the relationship between material, process, and form. Courses are led by Ross Annels, a furniture maker, designer and educator with more than 25 years of professional practice.
